Your monthly allowance

Your allowance follows your paid membership period, not the first of the calendar month. Unused included credits expire at the end of that period. A successful renewal gives you a new allowance. Cancelling renewal keeps access until your paid time ends.
Before you press go
- Review the estimate.AI help currently holds up to 12 credits. An image request holds up to 1,250. These are maximum reservations, not fixed prices.
- Choose whether to continue.Only then is the request sent to OpenAI. Your API key is never included in an exported website.
- See the actual charge.Measured use is deducted and unused reserved credits return. Your balance refreshes every 15 seconds on Your account while the page is visible.
An interrupted request may still have reached OpenAI. We keep its reservation for review and do not automatically retry it. Contact support with the request reference if its status does not resolve. Images and AI answers must be reviewed before you use them.
Need a little more?
A$10 including GST buys 2,500 extra credits. This is a one-off Stripe payment. Credits are added only after the payment is verified. Purchased credits last 12 months and are used after any credits with an earlier expiry. An active paid membership is required to use them. Unexpired top-ups remain on your account if membership pauses.
No automatic top-up, no automatic card charge for exceeding a limit. Credits are non-transferable service units, not money or an OpenAI dollar balance.

AI actions differ in length and complexity. Credits are calculated from measured provider usage with a 25% accounting buffer and rounded up to the next whole credit for each action. One credit represents up to US$0.0008 of underlying API usage at the published rate card. The A$ top-up price includes service operation, payment processing and GST; it is not an exchange rate.
The shared AI service has a funded spending ceiling. Capacity, per-account limits, provider availability or safety checks may pause requests. Top-ups are not unlimited AI access. If purchased service is unavailable, contact us for resolution or an appropriate refund. We will not charge more than the estimate you accepted.
Your controls and rights
You can set daily and calendar-month usage ceilings in Your account. These use UTC and count pending reservations. Set a limit to zero to pause new work. Your included allowance still follows the membership billing period.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a credit purchase except where required by law. Billing errors, service failures and uncertain requests are reviewed individually. This does not exclude, restrict or make discretionary any remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Email robin@digithat.com.au for help; never send passwords or card details.
