BY DIGITHATOfficial link
An ordinary link to the service or its documentation. The new Netlify guide uses these links.
USEFUL FIRST. CLEAR ABOUT THE REST.
Our recommendations
and affiliations.
PorridgeWeb helps you discover tools that can support your business, brand and website. Some links may earn PorridgeWeb a commission or referral reward; we identify those links where they appear.
The job comes first.
A recommendation should help with a real step: choosing a domain, preparing your content, publishing your site or serving your customers. We explain fit, limitations and costs worth checking. Commission is not a reason to add a service you do not need.
Where we describe personal experience, we identify it in the relevant guide. A listing alone does not mean we have tested every feature, hold a certification or have been endorsed by the provider.
What the links mean.
Referral or affiliate link
A labelled commercial link that may earn PorridgeWeb a commission or reward if you make a qualifying purchase. Eligibility and offers depend on the provider.
Application or research
We may investigate a program without being approved. Research is not a commercial relationship, and we do not invent tracking links.
Relationships currently reflected in our guides.
- Google Workspace: the existing guide contains a program-issued referral link and a direct alternative. The referral registration was recorded on 3 October 2026. This is not a claim of a verified sale or payout. Read the Workspace guide.
- WordPress.com / Automattic: approval was confirmed in Impact on 6 October 2026. The WordPress guide includes a programme-issued affiliate link and a direct alternative. No qualifying sale or payout has been verified. Read the WordPress guide.
- Netlify: no approved affiliate link is configured. Read the independent hosting guide.
- Other listed services: ordinary links unless a guide explicitly identifies a verified commercial link. An application or an open program does not establish approval for PorridgeWeb.
Relationship records reviewed for this page on 6 October 2026. Provider approval, offers and terms can change; older recorded approval is not a guarantee of ongoing eligibility.
You keep the choice and the account.
Our core instructions should remain useful without buying through a link. Compare alternatives and current provider terms. You create and control the provider account; a PorridgeWeb membership does not automatically pay for a third-party subscription.
Referral tracking follows the provider’s practices when you visit its site. PorridgeWeb’ optional analytics choices are explained in our privacy page. We do not claim sales attribution unless the affiliate platform supplies verified records.
Help us keep this useful.
If a link, claim or recommendation needs correction, contact Robin. Include the page address and what needs checking; do not email passwords or payment details.
The planned PorridgeWeb Sidekicks program is separate from recommendations of external providers. It is not an active commission-payment service.
