Your membership
Porridge+ costs A$49 per month. Porridge Pro costs A$75 per month. Prices include GST. You pay the stated total, with no added card surcharge. Creating an account is free. A paid subscription starts only after you explicitly choose it, consent to monthly renewal and complete Stripe checkout.
What is included
Porridge+ includes Website Studio, 42 art directions, content editing, colours, typography, SVG logo tools, carousels, form building, image preparation, favicons, previews, browser save points, website ZIP exports, the learning library and launch guidance. Pro adds product catalogue and label editing, variants, a demo basket, planning worksheets, local encrypted notes, SVG graphics and extended resources. The tool directory describes each tool.
What is not included
AI generation, AI credits, cloud project saving, hosting, domains, business email, working customer payment processing and personal design work are not included in this launch subscription. Pro product shops are demonstrations; they do not accept real orders. Contact forms require connection and verification with your chosen delivery provider. Any third-party charges are separate. Porridge Hosted is not available to buy yet.
Monthly renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every calendar month at the agreed price until you cancel. Stripe shows the billing details at checkout and in Manage billing. Failed payments may be retried by Stripe; this does not add a fee from us. Unpaid periods do not unlock member access. Existing paid time remains available unless a refund, dispute, security issue or misuse requires review.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Your account → Manage billing to cancel renewal online before the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee or minimum term beyond the month purchased. You can also contact robin@digithat.com.au for billing help, cancellation or refunds. We do not provide automatic pro-rata refunds solely because you cancel part-way through a month. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law, including Australian Consumer Law. If we take payment but cannot provide your purchased access, contact us for resolution or a refund.
Downloads and your work
Each member may request up to 20 exports per day, at most 2 per minute; temporary shared capacity and security limits can also apply. An exported package must fit the displayed size limits. Drafts and save points stay in your browser: export backups before changing devices or clearing browser storage. The service does not currently provide cloud project backup. Downloaded website files remain yours to use under their supplied template, font and asset licences after membership ends. Membership expiry does not switch off your independently hosted website.
Your template licence
An eligible paid export includes a non-exclusive licence to customise and publish finished websites for your own business and client projects, without a separate per-project licence fee. Backups, staging and developer maintenance are allowed. You may give a finished site to a client. You may not redistribute proprietary templates, admin tools or collections as standalone packs, stock assets, competing libraries or another website-building service. Normal publication of visitor-facing files is allowed. Keep required notices; no promotional badge is required. Third-party fonts and open-source components retain their own licences. Fictional sample images must not be misrepresented as real staff, products or customer evidence. This licence continues for lawfully exported sites after membership ends.
Your content and account
Keep your login private and use content you own or have permission to use. Do not place passwords, card details, identity documents or confidential customer records in website drafts. Draft content submitted for packaging is processed by our server to produce your download. Read the privacy page for details. Do not share accounts, scrape protected resources or bypass usage limits. We may apply proportionate restrictions to investigate misuse and will provide a support route.
Changes and help
We will not raise your recurring price or add another charge without your express agreement. Material changes to your current paid service will be communicated in advance where practical, and do not remove accrued rights. Contact us if a feature does not work as described. We cannot promise traffic, sales, rankings, legal compliance or uninterrupted operation. Our responsibility for our own service and all rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact.
Your agreement
These terms and the plan inclusions shown at checkout form the launch membership agreement. They replace the older proposed paid-membership prices and renewal descriptions on the review terms page for this purchase. We retain the version accepted with your order. You can save or print this page. The operator is the individual named above; PorridgeWeb is a brand reference and this page does not represent that its business name has been registered.
