What stays in your browser
The Playbook uses local storage for saved and completed lessons. Use its clear-progress control to remove those records. Your light/dark preference is also stored in your browser.
The Bigger Picture planner and its feature shortlist use this tab’s session storage. The setup checklist offers a tab-saving checkbox. These answers are not sent to PorridgeWeb, DigiThat or an AI provider. Browser session recovery can retain tab storage. Reset the activity, turn checklist saving off or clear your browser’s site data to remove drafts.
On shared devices, avoid entering private information. Do not enter passwords, access codes, payment details or confidential customer records. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them and must be managed separately.
What leaves your browser
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes connection information needed to deliver and secure the site. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits and selected tool-use events, using analytics cookies. Advertising personalisation and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. We send page paths without query strings and do not send your written answers, prompts or contact details in these events. Google may process connection and device information as part of its service. Use Analytics choices at the bottom of any page to turn collection off. Turning it off does not erase data already processed. The resource tools do not scan your website or send your answers to an AI service.
External links take you to other providers with their own privacy practices. Choosing an email-draft link opens your email app; you review and send the message yourself. Visiting DigiThat’s contact page is separate from using these resources and does not automatically transfer your draft.
Your downloads
Downloading a guide, colour file, workbook or reviewed brief does not subscribe you to anything. Downloaded answers are only as private as the place you store or share them.

First-edition notice · updated 3 October 2026. This notice describes the tools currently published and will need review before account, payment or other collection features are added.
New planning tools
The business roadmap and prompt builder use your entries only on the current page. They do not save them in our systems or send them to an AI provider. Downloaded copies stay wherever you save them.
Learn about Google’s privacy practices and how Google uses information from partner sites. You can use all current free resources with analytics switched off.
Studio choices and referral links
The colour and font tools being prepared for members can remember your palette and font selection in this browser’s local storage. Clear this site’s browser data to remove those choices. These local choices do not create a member account.
Some external links are labelled as referral or affiliate links. Clicking one may pass a referral identifier to that provider, which uses its own cookies and privacy practices. You can choose an ordinary provider link where offered. Your roadmap answers, prompts and notebook contents are not added to referral links.
Your Ideas Notebook: being prepared
The notebook is currently available only in our local owner preview, not as a public member service. Its design keeps notes on the device, with passphrase-encrypted saving and encrypted backups. It does not send notebook entries or passphrases to PorridgeWeb, affiliates or AI providers. Do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential information. Device access, browser extensions and compromised software remain risks; no absolute security guarantee is made.
Template finder and saved drafts
The public template quiz uses your selected answers in memory on the current page. It does not require a name or email, send answers to AI, or save a quiz profile. Closing or refreshing the page clears those answers.
The longer quiz in the local owner studio can use your existing draft to prepare a brief. You review it before applying it. Applying a brief first saves a restore point in this browser; it stops if that backup cannot be saved. Studio drafts and restore points are not encrypted and are not cloud backups. Use public business information only. Downloaded settings and website packages contain the information you put into them, so keep your private working files separate from the website folder you publish.
