A first task you can finish

Make your opening say something useful.

Start with the customer message. Watch the existing recorded walkthrough, then use the free tool to write a sentence for your own business.

You will leave with a draft you can copy into your plan. No paid membership is needed for the free message starter.

Choose a real customer

Use the name of a customer group you actually serve. Add the problem or task they recognise. Avoid putting private customer names into a public draft.

Draft the offer and next step

Say what you provide in familiar language. Choose one next action. Example: a fictional garden service might invite visitors to discuss a maintenance visit.

Review before you publish

Read your sentence aloud. Remove any claim you cannot support. Copy the result into your playbook, then choose a small set of pages to support it.

Keep the useful bit.

Copy your wording into the workbook and download your answers before leaving. Then explore the page-plan and visual-brief tasks.

You can also explore templates freely. Website editing and exports need an eligible paid plan. Hosting, form delivery and real payments have separate requirements.
